At Hayaposh, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window: We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery.

Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and innerwear are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at hayaposh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will verify & respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Please mention your preferred size when initiating the request.
